“I’ve never had a massage before and I was a bit nervous even though my best friend told me it would be wonderful. She recommended Henry since she goes to him regularly. He made me feel very comfortable, explaining how everything would work before hand. We discussed areas where I had pain, mostly my lower back and shoulders because I sit at a desk all day. He began with gently stretching. As the hour massage went along, he worked away all my aches, with extra attention on my trouble spots. It was so relaxing. I may have fallen asleep at some point listening to soft music, but I’m not sure. I came away feeling excellent, and the pain in my lower back was completely gone. I feel 10 years younger! I’m going to make another appointment for next month.”

“Stretching was great – could tell he worked it with my breathing. Work around hips/greater trochanter was very specific and intentional. Strokes were long, smooth and sweeping which eased me and allowed me to totally relax! Everything was great – I truly don’t know of any areas to improve. I usually prefer deeper work, however the pressure used was perfect for how I felt today. LOVED IT!”
